History

Digital Systems, LLC was formed in 2006 to provide professional IT services to our clients in the Federal, State and Commercial area.  Our mission is to provide trustworthy, consistent and reliable services within our expertise in partnership with our clients to support the realization of their business objectives. 

DIGITAL SYSTEMS LLC (DSL) is a SWaM-certified, DBE-certified minority-owned small business firm which provides specialized training and consulting services in Strategic Planning, Project Management, Software Quality Assurance, Taxation and Accounting.  We help industry leaders, business entrepreneurs and organizations that wish to maximize their products or services by implementing effective strategic project management, software quality assurance and accounting and financial management methodologies. We provide unique services and solutions that help our clients, partners, and business leaders think, act and behave creatively with their customers and employees. We accomplish this by connecting people, process and technology.

Since its creation, DSL has been helping industry leaders, business community and entrepreneurs and organizations that wished to maximize their products and services by implementing the Integrated Strategic Project Management Framework (ISPMF) and quality management methodologies. DSL has adopted a modus operandi of connecting right people with the right process and technology to deliver quality services and help them achieve organizational excellence by applying standard project management methodologies and best industry business practices. As shown in the figure, ISPMF depicts a mix of four capabilities: Program or Project Management, Strategic Management, Quality Software Assurance and Testing; and Information Technology. DSL team is formed based on the project and is driven by the performance results and achievement. DSL’s core focus consists of addressing customers’ needs and providing solutions by combining proper tools, processes and technologies to achieve organizational excellence.
